Usage:The rapid solution of Aluminum wheel,Aluminum cast and other Aluminum alloy parts.

Features:

1.The shell is made by high-quality steel of 3mm thick.And the lining is a kind of Composite structure with insulating refractory brick and Aluminosilicate Fiber board.

2.The door is drivered by cylinder to make sure the seal.

3.Temperature Control system including Intelligent Digital Display Temperature Controller and Temperature Record.

4.After heating, the parts transfer to cistern less than 10seconds.
